Unsatisfactory
The property manager did not adequately communicate and when the employees arrived at the property they were turned away. After returning the second time, even after I spoke with the security on site they were still turn away and not given access to the property. After my boss had to come in office that evening to get it sorted when the employees finally got into the room there was no air-condition in this heat. They did not stay as a result we had to spend additional funds to relocate them. I have requested a full refund from the Meredith, who has since stopped responding. I am no requesting a full refund from vrbo in the amount of 650.00 for the inconveniences caused.
