Conveniently situated within walking distance to the French Quarter and just 5 blocks to the Caesar's Superdome and Smoothie King Center, the Theodore New Orleans blends uptown comfort with a fantastic downtown location. The professionally designed interiors feature open-concept layouts, perfect for entertaining in the kitchen and dining areas.
This spacious unit is ideal for families, friends, or any group traveling together. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, comfortable living room, balcony, and a large spacious deck with seating. The living room and each bedroom are equipped with Samsung Smart TVs that have streaming capabilities. Additionally, each unit comes with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.

Unit Layout:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, ensuite, shower, balcony access
Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed, ensuite, shower, balcony access
Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed, ensuite, tub/shower combo
Although parking is not available at our location, there are several very close parking options! Paid street parking is often available very close to the property for easy loading and unloading during checkin and check-out, and street meters are only monitored Monday-Saturday 7a-7p. There is a small parking lot located just across Girod St from our building, and a parking garage located two doors down from us at 730 Baronne St.
We are pet friendly for an additional fee of $135 per stay (maximum 2 pets).
Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. Upon booking, you will be be able to purchase early check-in or late checkout (2 hours).
Light cleaning is required prior to departure - take our the trash and wash any dirty dishes. All linens are professionally laundered between guests.

Our arrival and departure processes are contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.
Reservations are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed. The Rental Agreement will be sent to you immediately after booking.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. NO EXTRA GUESTS. NO GLITTER/CONFETTI. NO SMOKING. NO ILLEGAL OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. If you break any of these strict rules, you and your party will be asked to leave without refund and additional cleaning or management fees will be charged. We do not allow smoking of any kind in our building. We have a state of the art fire alarm system that will go off for vaping or smoking of any kind. If there is evidence found of smoking in the unit, you will be charged a $400 smoking fee and asked to leave immediately without refund. Glitter found in the unit is an automatic $100 additional cleaning fee.
