Close to everything

We really enjoyed the size of the apartment, it was very spacious and roomy and a great base to get everywhere.

Good location

Positives: Great location, and we were allowed to keep our luggage in the apartment after checkout which was very helpful. Ample space and clean. Negatives: The ad says there is an elevator, but apparently it was broken, so we had to lug all of our suitcases up three flights of stairs. Also the 4th bedroom is not located in the main apartment, rather just outside which was not convenient for us, and required a second set of keys. It would have been nice to know those details. Overall: it was okay.

A Great Base to Explore Belgrade

We arrived in Belgrade during some of the hottest weather of the summer. I never expect everything to go 100% perfectly everyday. Life isn't like that. However, when things do not go as expected, you learn all you need to know about a person by how they react. When we arrived the A/C was not cooling some of the rooms. I called Maria and within an hour and a half there was a technician at the apartment to address the issue. Unfortunately, the technician did not have a required part for the repair, of course it was on a Sunday. He promised to be there the next day at the earliest possible time to make the repair. He followed through with that promise. The communication with Maria was timely and professional. I could not have asked for more. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

A Great Place to Stay

The apartment was perfect for us - clean and airy. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The owner/Maria was very responsive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

Simply perfect

The apartment is spacious, well renovated, well equipped, clean, safe, and perfectly located; what the photos show, is exactly what you get. We were 6, with 2 kids, and the property can perfectly accomodate 8 in the 4 bedrooms. Ana, the property manager, was super responsive, efficient, and helpful. Convenience shops (super market, coffee shop, pharmacy, etc) are minutes away. Using the transfer arrangement from/to the airport is a goop option; all worked fine and at reasonable price. What more one can ask from an accommodation? We simply loved it! If we were to suggest some improvements: add a filter-coffee machine, and a simple juice-maker in the kitchen; improve the building’s entrance / path from the street, which is of course common space with the other apartments in the building – it gives a poor impression entering for the first time which, however, vanishes when you open the apartment’s door.

Perfect place for 3 couples, sleeping rooms all with separate bathrooms. Very clean and very much to recommend!
