Welcome to this lovely newly remodeled house in El Paso. With 3 bedrooms including 2 fully beds and 1 futon, this cozy retreat offers a pleasant stay for guests. Conveniently located near Transmountain; you'll find beautiful views and hiking trails within 4 mile distance on Transmountain or North of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Proximity to coffee shop, 2 hospitals, sports facilities, Fort Bliss 10.5 miles, McGregor Ranch, NM 16.6 miles, Downtown El Paso 14.9 miles. This comfortable home offers a nice back porch with an amazing view of the mountains. The large rock wall back yard has a BBQ grill and a fire pit and enough room for family activities, many ammenities for your home away from home. You deserve an experience not a hotel room! In the living room enjoy the Smart TV, with a natural gas fire place. Cozy living room where you can relax and watch movies. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare delicious family meals. We offer a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker, and a few snacks for all our guests.

Master bedroom with a Queen size bed and private bathroom. You can lay back and enjoy a quiet bedroom for either a good night sleep or a power nap. With the office desk readily available if need to work. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Laundry room equipped with a full size washer, dryer, iron and iron board. Complimentary detergent pods and fabric sheets will be provided for the first couple loads.

Note: The whole house is available for use.

Guest access
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a private driveway for two and can park one of the two cars in the garage if need to.

Other things to note
This is a pet free home. I will sometimes make exceptions (for dogs only), so if you would like to bring your dog, please ask in advance during the booking process. If approved, there is a $25 per pet fee per stay. Small to medium dogs only (Two pets maximum), but must be approved prior to booking. Sadly, I do not allow cats. Certified Services dog is allowed.

Dogs are not allowed on any furniture or on any bedding. Dogs cannot be left unattended while in the house. Payment for pet fees must be arranged with host and must be paid prior to arrival. If we find any evidence that your dog was allowed on any bed or any covers with dog hairs, living room, or any furnishing is left with dog hairs, or curtains stained with dog urine ($200 additional fee)

No large or small gatherings or parties allowed ($150 violation fee).

Excessive filth and trash left inside or outside of house (Additional $200 cleaning fee).

Damage to any interior or exterior furnishings (Repair or replacement costsm guests responsibility)

Illegal drugs not allowed in house. There is no smoking inside the house to include cigarette, cigar or Marijuana ($150 violation fee).

Bringing more guests to stay than authorized in the reservation. ($150 violation fee plus additional guest fee).

Bringing a dog or dogs on the property without permission (Guest and guests have to leave the property, this is a violation and will not be tolerated, specially if you have a large dog, no exceptions.) Any damages caused by your dog (Repair or replacement fee).

Late check out fee: $25 after 11 o’clock until 11:30 am… $50 between 11 and 12 o’clock noon time, After 12 o’clock noon time, $50 per hour. We have outdoor cameras for your protection, NO cameras inside the house.
