About this property

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath luxury condo on the beach with approximately 1,200 square feet. Luxury finishes with granite counters and travertine floors. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Screened in porch with water view, not ocean view. Beach is a short 300 feet walk.

Luxury condo with upscale finishes including granite counters, travertine floors, stainless appliances and amenities including in house laundry, beachside pool and restaurant, tennis and basketball courts designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The restaurant has great food and live music 5 nights a week.

This condo is located in a gated condominium community with security guard.

Mill Harbour is just a 1.5 miles about a 3 minute drive from the lovely historic town of Christiansted which boasts a beautiful harbor, downtown boardwalk, many restaurants and bars. and the Christiansted National Historic Fort (U.S. National Park) where you will find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

The island has much to offer including gorgeous beaches, beer drinking pigs, snorkeling, paddle boarding, scuba diving, charter fishing and amazing sunsets.

At the Plaza Extra supermarkets you can find a wide selection of food, and the prices are average.

Pueblo is known to be the cheapest. It is not always the case though, and the selection is pretty poor.

St. Croix

The lagoon that was adjacent to the screened porch had a very bad smell of sulfur, so we couldn’t sit out there. The TV didn’t have a very clear picture and the sound would go out during the football game. Other than that, all was fine. Swimming pool was nice and the restaurant by it was good! The long bed kinda sinks to the center.

Spring Break Getaway!

This was a nice space & perfect size for our mom & daughter vacation - 2 bedrooms, open kitchen & living room, outdoor patio. Small condo complex with a beach, that extends across several properties- more of go for a walk, sit & enjoy the sun type beach than swimming due to seaweed (although this could've been seasonal) - and a swimming pool. There's also a restaurant with friendly staff and good meals. The complex is in a regular neighborhood, not in a commercial/tourist area and not walkable to anywhere; the only real drawback was we had to plan what we were doing for dinner before coming back to the condo, so we wouldn't have to figure going out again. The restaurant on-site was a good option, too. We called a taxi to go to downtown Christensted and they were very responsive and friendly. [Prince Taxi & Safari - (340)642-3811] We had a great week!

Loved St. Croix

Beautiful condo was just as described. The property manager was very helpful with giving us information about the island; beaches; snorkeling and restaurants. She immediately took care of any concerns that we had. The "gated community" was less secure than we had hoped - gates opened whenever a car passed through - no security code needed. There were security guards present at times, and we did feel that it was a safe neighborhood. The restaurant on site was a great disappointment - open for only a few hours of the day, and the one time that we went for dinner, was a huge disappointment - long wait times; food not cooked as we requested; side dishes ordered were not delivered. The bar was the only bright side.

Excellent experience

Phenomenal experience. Sandra is TOP NOTCH!!!!!! Great communication and nice property. Room was great, updated tile and appliances. Had one small problem second to last day. Upstairs condo shower leaked into ours. Notified Sandra and management, who got it handled. Guess it’s been a problem before. Hopefully the owner upstairs finally gets it fixed. On site food is excellent. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Quiet community, Great Beach, Pool & Restaurant

The condo was in a gated community with a security guard. The condo itself was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and couch, beds were all very comfy. Restaurant on site was very convenient and had great food and drinks. The pool is a good size and right on the water. Beach was very nice too and people were able to snorkle there as well.
