Amenities include 2 indoor pools, 3 outdoor pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis, outdoor dining area, movie theatre, restaurant serving lunch and dinner and the Majestic Market featuring Starbucks coffee.

2 Beach Chairs and Umbrella included March thru October.

Newly renovated studio unit on the 15th floor. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig, blender, toaster, and kitchen utensils.

* Covered parking is $41.50 (one time fee). Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will pre-register and pay online with link provided after booking. Parking is limited to one vehicle only.

*No smoking in the unit or on balcony.

*Guests must be at least 23 years of age to book.
