Upscale 2BR With A Fantastic Oceanfront View In High Point South

Enjoy our home away from home on the ocean! HPS 3C has been completely renovated from the walls and floors to the furnishings, appliances, counters, and bath rooms - a complete and wonderful remodel. The large direct ocean front balcony with Adirondack chairs for morning coffee, and bar height Adirondack chairs for afternoon cocktails is an absolute pleasure. The totally renovated kitchen is a chef's dream. The master bedroom is an oasis of comfort and tranquility, with a completely custom tiled master shower, with bench that has a view of the ocean through the clear glass door. The second bedroom has two double beds to sleep up to 4 guests. Another two guests can be accommodated on the Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. The main living area has a 54" Smart TV on the wall with a hidden DVD player, and both bedrooms also have Smart TV's. All sliders and windows were replaced in 2021.

Enjoy the pool at High Point South or spend the afternoon on the beach and relax to the balcony for late afternoon drinks, before heading out to enjoy OC's nightlife. Conveniently located across the street from TJ Maxx and the Liquor Store, and one block from the famous and original Greene Turtle!

Wonderful time

Family Vacay

A beautiful well appointed condo. We had family staying in another condo on the same floor. The arrangement worked out beautifully for us. Sleeping to the sound of the waves then waking to a beautiful sunrise each morning was magical. The oceanfront location and easy access to the beach and pool are perfect for families with little ones. We will be back.

Lovely Condo in OC

We had a really fun stay in Ocean City. The condo is centrally located and just as pictured. It's very comfortable and well laid out to use the space and provide privacy for both bedrooms. The kitchen is very well outfitted and the dining and sitting area are really nice. The view is lovely and we enjoyed the breezes off the ocean and sounds of the waves. We'd definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated very short walk down to the beach The pool was very nice too a little small but nice The vies from living room and MB were amazing we would turn off AC at night and sleep with balcony doors open So u could hear the sound of the surf The owners were amazing and very responsive to work with This is definitely a place to stay and feel very much at ease We will definitely rent again Donna and Bill

We have stayed at High Point South for over 30 years and this unit was by far one of the nicest! The renovation was well thought out providing beautiful ocean views throughout the main living area and front bedroom. Everything from the flooring, kitchen appliances, wall colors and decor went with the perfect beach vacation. We can’t wait to stay here again. Even providing the storage for our beach chairs was so convenient. Thank you John and Maura for making our vacation so enjoyable.

Relaxing Week at Great Location

Had a great week and the Unit was clean and nicely set up/decorated. As much as we love the beach, we found ourselves just chilling out on the patio/deck on the tall bar-style chair. Had a great view of the pool & beach with a cool breeze. Mornings were peaceful with being able to see the sunrise from the bedroom. A couple of quick storms that passed through left beautiful rainbows over the ocean. This will be a place to bookmark for a possible return.

Perfect ocean view

We've stayed at dozens of places and this is one of the nicest. Great ocean view from the covered extra-large balcony on the 3rd floor. Even with sketchy weather, this is the perfect spot to just sit and enjoy the ocean. Description understates how clean and well appointed the unit is. Easy check-in and out, owner is super responsive and accommodating. Located in the northern end of OC, so a bit less traffic, but still close to the attractions and restaurants. Beach is literally a minute's walk from the unit. Would recommend for couples or families. Definitely would stay again if we return to OC in the future.

Perfect Ocean City trip

We had an amazing stay at this property, I'm hoping we can stay again next year! The entire unit was perfect, all the decor and attention to detail was really beautiful. The views from the balcony were incredible, and check in and parking were a breeze. Loved the building and the laid back atmosphere. The only recommendation I would make is blackout curtains in the master bedroom. It's bright early in the morning, but it was nice to sit on the balcony and some coffee with a view. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook up a nice breakfast in the mornings or stay in for dinner. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Our 3 year old was quite sad to leave "her condo"

Very nice oceanfront view

Thank you for having us at your nicely renovated condo. A great start to my daughter’s spring break. The balcony was nice with an amazing view of the ocean. It was very serene. Once we figured out the remotes, we were able to binge watch our favorite shows when it was raining outside. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Just a few things found unclean, like the rubber mittens in drawer food particles between counter & stove, and the refrigerator & freezer needs cleaning. Other then that, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect!

The condo is beautifully decorated & has all the comforts of home! We were here for my daughters dance competition during the week of 4th of July. We have a large family & this unit was a perfect size for us, especially with two bathrooms! Access to the beach & pool is amazing! The storage unit with beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie board was a HUGE convenience & cost saver for us...plus it kept the sand out of the unit, which I appreciated! I liked that the location is convenient to groceries & restaurants but further away from the insane traffic & hustle/bustle of the boardwalk...but easy to get there when we wanted too. We anticipate another trip to OC, and this WILL be where we stay! As an aside, we used the linen service that the owners mentioned...it was worth every penny & super convenient !

Our first impression of the place was wow!!!

Our overall impression was fantastic. We felt at home and comfortable. We loved the condo layout and view from the master of the ocean. The listing description matched exactly to what we expericed. The unit was clean and organized and the owner provided great customer service by being very responsive when we lost the storage key and getting us in the unit a little earlier then check in time. We would definitely recommend this unit and owners to friends and relatives. We enjoyed the boardwalk, the HPS pool, lots of local restaurants (touch of italy, ropewalk, harrison and would go back to these), the movies, and jolly rogers at the pier and 30th street. We also drove to Bethany beach and really enjoyed that too. We enjoyed our trip very much. Thanks John and Maura....

Very clean! Great view and awesome balcony

We were very pleased with our stay! Very clean and most of all the view and the balcony were impressive which was what we were looking for. We had a few minor issues we thought about contacting the owners about but it is end of season and the place is so well taken care of I am sure the things we saw will be cleaned/fixed before the next season. The only thing that we had issue with were the beds. They were not that comfortable. Mainly in the second bedroom. I had to put comforters under the sheets so my friend could sleep more comfortably, also the headboard in the spare bedroom kept hitting the wall every time my friend just moved in the bed. I finally put bed pillows behind the bed frame so if it moved it did not make any noise. Again this was just our opinion on the beds, maybe someone else will not have an issue. Overall this place is very nicely decorated, very well stocked with cleaning supplies, very clean and has an amazing balcony!

We really enjoyed our time and the accommodation. It was our first time in the area and believe this was one of nicest accommodations Really good view and we greatly enjoyed the beach. We intend to stay again in the future. Just make sure you don’t forget to bring your own linens. Highly recommend.

We live in Myrtle Beach and purchased HPS 3C in June, 2015. We have another property in St. John, USVI, that we rent and share with our children.

We completely renovated the entire unit. It was truly a labor of love. We took everything down to the studs, and rebuilt from there. We outfitted, and decorated the unit as if it was our permanent home - in fact, it's nicer than our permanent home!

We hope you will enjoy our Condo as much as we do.

Everything is tastefully designed to not look at all like a "typical rental" There are a multitude of books, movies, and games for you and your family to enjoy. The main living area has a wall-mounted 54" Smart TV, and both bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted Smart TV's. The Master Bedroom is a tranquil oasis that is truly relaxing - enjoy the sound of the ocean while you fall asleep. The Master Shower is fully tiled with a clear glass wall/door where you can view the ocean while taking a shower. The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped to cook any meal you desire. The balcony is an exquisite location for enjoying morning coffee, and afternoon cocktails. The table on the balcony allows you to enjoy your meals outside. You will truly feel like you are staying in an upscale property when you choose HPS 3C.
