Thanksgiving and Family Reunion

The house was a great place to get the whole family together to celebrate Thanksgiving and an 80th birthday. Plenty of room for everyone. The rooms were beautiful. We played games in front of the fireplace. The pool room was great. Bill was super helpful and very responsive. Highly recommend!

My name is J V Ferrara. I have lived my entire life in the Greater Youngstown & Warren Ohio area. I moved into the Chalet in 1978 and have purchased the other mansion over the course of time. We have 4 mansions and a Carriage House and Loft that can accommodate from 2 up to 36 under one roof. I graduated from Brookfield HS and attended John Carroll University in the East side of Cleveland. I currently live in Hubbard, Ohio Trumbull County.

Unique property with 8 bedrooms & 8 bathrooms, located on Pine Lakes. In the City of Hubbard but outside the business district in a rural neighborhood. Visit: for additional pictures and video tour. You can extend your number of guests by adding the Loft that is located on the Northside of the property within 150 feet that can bring your guest from 16 to 20.

Julia's has been a 4 diamond property rated by AAA. That has placed Julia's in the top 3% of all the lodging facilities in the US. Built in 1850 and home of Governor David Tod, Julia's offers unique built in wood cabinets, wood floors in cherry, maple and oak. The fireplace in the sitting area has a 60 inch hearth embedded within stones.
