This 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bath Oceanside home in The Village at Nags Head is a fantastic choice for your next OBX vacation getaway! Just 3 lots back from the beachfront on a quiet side street with a 12' x 24' private pool!

Other amenities at Dolphin Waves are 2 master bedrooms, hot tub, rec room with shuffleboard, foosball table, Smart TV's throughout, grill, outside shower, and covered parking.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.

Our family loved the location in the neighborhood and close to Jeanette’s Pier. The easy beach access and pool at the house were perfect. Check in was simple and the host was very responsive. The house was immaculate and rooms were cozy and perfect for our group.

This house is very poorly maintained! We travel to OBX twice a year and rent from Village Realty every time. This is the worst house we've ever stayed in and we are horribly dissappointed. Here is just the short list of issues...the pool ladder was broken and unusable, the water pressure is so low toilets dont flush easily and the kitchen faucet sprayer doesnt work, the shower door in one baths didnt open without adult force, same with the sliding glass door in the living room, the tub stopper in another bathroom did not work, the air returns are black, the bathroom exhaust fans sound like desiel trucks (the master bath doesnt have separate switch for light and fan so its constant loud noise), there is a mushroom growing out of the side of the vanity of that same bathroom, mold and mildew in showers/tubs, the kitchen is poorly stocked and most cookware is not in usable condition, holes in the walls, several days we didnt have TV, and I could go on!! I called about all the issues and they fixed the shower door

We love staying in Villages and Seaside 61 did not disappoint! Great location, such short walk to beach. Lots of shaded area to relax and keep cool by the pool which was great when taking a break from beach! Families with children will benefit from the additional roll out beds and trundle! My one year old grandson slept great in full size crib provided at the house! The gas grill having no gas was about the only item missing. But we fired up the charcoal grill instead! Would definitely book this home again!

Our family of 11 had a great week at the OBX. It's our home away from home and have been coming to Nags Head with Village Realty since 1991! Time flies:) SS 61 met all our needs - clean, comfy, and safe walk to the beach.

The convenience of Beach access and a pool outweighed the home and it's amenities. There were cleanliness issues that were taken care of in a disgruntled manner and a lack of some items that are usually available (enough cutlery for 8 and a DVD player would have been nice. Thank goodness for google chrome stick. We won't rent this particular home again. The people we dealt with at Village Realty service were very accommodating however and pleasant.
