The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple out door grills located on each side of complex as well as outside storage for beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage II is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in the designated area at the south gazebo next to the beach walkway

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Our condos are located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants.

Perfect location

We enjoyed this location and the beautiful view of the oceanfront. The condo was very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay.

noise dirty rugs

The unit is deco overload but overall it’s a nice place!! Noise however before 7am by carpet and molding installers in hallway right outside our unit was not a pleasure experience especially after driving 14 plus hours!! Floors and rugs were dirty !! Our white socks were almost black!! The toilet did break but Property maintenance fixed it fast!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was in good repair- a little over the top with decor but whatever the owner likes is ok with us. Cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to cleaning. Countertops in itchen were not clean, floors had debris and bathrooms were just ok. The bed in master was very clean and comfortable.
