Kulalani 2202 is the perfect home base for your Big Island vacation. The model is floorplan A2 which is the largest townhome floorplan in the Kulalani community. With its large master suite on the ground floor and two guest bedrooms upstairs, this spacious abode accommodates a single couple or a party of six comfortably. Its large two car garage has plenty of room for the beach chairs and toys we provide in addition to two cars, so you never have to seek out parking.

Start your mornings with sunlight filtering through the private meditation garden and master bath, and illuminating the two-story central hallway. Enjoy lazy sunny afternoons and evening sunsets on the spacious wrap-around lanai. Kulalani 2202 features true indoor/outdoor living with walls of glass that open fully to join the living room with the lanai and adjacent lawn. The well-appointed kitchen will satisfy the “master chefs” in your party, and you can choose between the tastefully-designed dining room or the covered eating area on the lanai for your meals.
The master bedroom is a private retreat within your retreat. The California King bed, comfy reading chair, window seat, huge walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom make the master suite a wonderful place to enjoy private time. The “Bamboo Forest” guestroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, walk-in closet, hand-painted walls and views of spectacular Mauna Kea. The “Surf Shack” guestroom, with twin beds that can be converted to a standard king if needed, is great for the youngsters or young-at-heart in your group. You’ll dream about catching that next big wave and, on the clearest mornings, you’ll be able to see all the way to Maui.

I can not say enough good things. The layout, the organization of kitchen, the patio with beautiful sunsets and trade winds. So private but in a gorgeous neighborhood. The pool area is a park!! We really hope to have another opportunity to stay here in the future.
The location and house was awesome!! It was very clean, well stocked and had a great patio. It is so worth staying here for the private beach. Our whole family loved going there. The weather on this part of the island is ideal as well. Great stay!!

We absolutely loved this property, as it gave plenty of space for our family to have enough room, without us having to rent separate units. I especially loved the wraparound lanai, and how close the property is to the pool! We will be back soon and will definitely be booking this property again.

We LOVED everything about the condo. Size, location, proximity to the grocery store, restaurants, pool and fitness area. It was so well equipped with so many different necessities, its was awesome!

Wow! First class rental for sure. Loved our week on the Big Island at this fantastic home. Would come back for sure. Thanks Eric and Bruce. Great place to just relax with plenty of amenities.
Best host ever! Kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of boogie boards, chairs, coolers and snorkeling items. Lots of room for our family and easy access to pool. Private beach was fabulous.

The property was very well appointed from the kitchen wares, to linens and décor. It is in clean, excellent, well maintained condition set in a quiet development in Mana Lani. The indoor, outdoor living with grill and seating area on the lanai suited us. We were so comfortable, we decided to return for another visit.
Elegant yet comfortable home designed for inside/outside enjoyment. Top shelf kitchen ware and serving ware; comfortable beds; sliding doors that fully open the home to the lanai and beautiful yard. Lovely crafted art pieces. All combine for an unforgettable stay. Thank you!!

What a gem this house is! Super comfortable, private, clean and homey. Every amenity on this property was well thought out, from the private Beach Club to the incredibly comfortable beds as well as a top rate BBQ and lanai…we found the information binder at the house to be super helpful with not only recommendations for great business’ to patronize but also, suggestions on what to avoid and why. We had a magical time visiting the Big Island as a family and this home was in large part the centerpiece of that experience.
Top 3 units we’ve ever stayed in! So many amenities that seem to often be skimpy in many places - the kitchen is STOCKED with anything you could need to cook/entertain. Plenty of beach equipment, towels, etc. And the bathrooms? Get out of here! So luxurious 😀. We will be back!

Why they chose this property
We love Mauna Lani because of the beauty of the property and the diverse landscape it offers for long walks and runs. There are few places in Hawaii where you can enjoy a scenic 3, 6, 8, or even 15 mile run or walk without getting on a highway! The beach path to the Puako Road is about one mile from our home and it opens up an abundance of running and walking terrain that compliments the wonderful paths within the resort complex. Also, the Mauna Lani Beach Club offers the best snorkeling on the Island in our opinion. We love Kulalani because of the park-like landscaping, comfortable design of the homes, and the first rate pool and fitness complex. Late at night we love to sit on the back lawn and gaze into the unbelievably clear Milky Way.

This townhome is uniquely situated to capture the filtered morning sun and evening sunsets. The kitchen includes upgrades such as a Sub-Zero fridge and Miele dishwasher.
