Reviews prior were very forgiving

Communication with owner was good. My disappointment was with the house. It was very stark, didn’t feel welcoming and is not charming. Lighting was poor at night with minimal lamps and ceiling fixtures were very old and dim. I’m sure the owner is trying but it wasn’t what it was presented as. We chose the house due to location but will not be staying there again.

While this is our first review on Vrbo, we’ve received multiple 5-star reviews on other platforms, such as AAirbnb, which are publicly accessible and can be verified. None of our previous guests have raised any of these concerns, and we believe the house is accurately represented in the photos and offers fair value for its pricing. That said, we’re committed to making improvements over time to unlock the full potential of both the house and its location. We’ll also adjust pricing as enhancements are made to ensure we continue providing great value for future guests.
