Take a deep breath, board the ferry and exhale as you leave your cares on the mainland for the quick ride to Paradise Found!
Palm Island is one of the last undeveloped barrier islands on Florida’s Gulf Coast for those seeking that “Old Florida” feel — no crowds, no chain restaurants, no noise. Seven miles of pristine Gulf beach await, famous among shell hunters for the sharks’ teeth and rare finds scattered across the sand for the price of looking down. Launch one of the single kayaks, rent a boat, or bring your own — the private dock is your gateway to the Intracoastal where dolphins and manatees are frequent companions, or cruise toward Stump Pass where the Gulf opens up in brilliant blue. Rent a golf cart and explore the island with the ocean breeze in your face. Fish from the dock at sunset or just do nothing at all.
When the day is done, Casa Verde is waiting. Step inside and you’ll immediately notice what sets it apart — walls of windows that flood the bright, open-concept living space with warm natural light, especially in those golden afternoon hours, giving the whole home a cheerful, tropical charm that feels effortlessly vacation-ready. Casa Verde is a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath Key West-style home and your private retreat within Paradise Found — a tropical two-home property featuring private docks, a 40-foot heated lap pool, hot tub, and brand new 3-hole mini golf, all just minutes from 7 miles of pristine Gulf beach.
