“Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.” *Except for the not-included hidden fees. Expect to pay a security deposit upon check-in and to have actual electricity usage deducted from it upon check-out. Pay attention to what you paid at booking because they will try to charge you for this twice. The apartment is nicer than the pictures appear. It’s on the 6th floor, so quiet enough but it’s still located on a very busy street so you can hear a lot of street traffic. The absentee host means you’re communicating with one person online but interacting with a different agent in person which makes things difficult. The apartment was fine but I would not stay there again.

Great place to stay next to the beach and metro

We were 6 people and the property was perfect for us! Check in was right on time and the place was clean and tidy. From this location you can easily reach the beach and the 2 minute walk to the metro is perfect if you want to travel around the city without having to use a cab. The place is very quite despite you're in the middle of everything. Thanks again for making our vacation so wonderful!

O apartamento e muito bem organizado limpo confortável e espaçoso, situado numa zona bem movimentada ele é paradoxalmente muito tranquilo, a localização oferece todos os tipos de comércio bares e restaurantes inclusive um fitness club em frente, o fato de haver porteiro 24hs me deixou bem tranquilo, eu passei uma excelente temporada nesse apartamento mantendo meu ritimo de vida habitual

Adorei o apartamento ,super limpo grande e com muita luz ,a dois minutos da praia , me diverti muito pois do lado do apartamento tem uma otima academia ..para quem gosta de um bom aperitivo do lado do apartamento tem um bar muito bem frequentado o felice ,,as camas sao otimas tudo funciona ,,e para quem gosta de privacidade e traquilidade esse e o melhor apartamento ,,voltarei em breve .obrigado proprietaria pela recepcao maravilhosa ,pois nao falo bem portugues ,obrigado grazie mille ,,
