This is the second time we have stayed at this property. This time was just as wonderful as the last. The property is exactly as depicted. We enjoyed the charming peaceful ambiance along with the extra goodies provided such as wine and baked goods. We had one small problem but the host responded quickly and resolved the problem. We will be returning!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at the farmhouse! It exceeded our expectations! Check in was simple and the host was very responsive in communicating. We really felt like we were at home and enjoyed morning and evenings on the porch. The kitchen has everything you need! The beds were comfortable. The sitting areas very charming and overall the house was very clean!We didnt want to leave and hope to return again.

Canandaigua stay

The entire experience was outstanding. The house is well equipped and very clean. Getting the access info was seamless and was fully ready to receive the group. While property maintains a farmhouse feel all was very modern and up to date to include central air. Steve was very responsive to inquiries.

The beautiful farmhouse was perfect for our family while in town for our niece’s wedding. Very clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed grilling out and having s’mores by the fire pit.

Overall, a beautiful property that is much bigger than the photos suggest. Everything you need for cooking and entertaining is provided and it is clear that the host has thoughtfully prepared the home for rental. Huge yard, which the dogs really enjoyed. I am not giving 5 stars because a) the firepit area is not great and no fire starting supplies were available and b) lake access is a bit of a hike through some brush so I was concerned about ticks and beach is about 50 feet wide. We would stay again as it's very close to CMAC and the neighborhood is very cute.
