With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer & bath accomodations for convenience. In addition, there is a cozy living room with Big Screen TV & extra sleeping space if needed for the kids. This lovely property offers a serene atmosphere perfect for a Family Getaway, Golf Outing or Fishing Trip. Tablerock Lake State Park Marina, Moonshine Beach & Lake Taneycomo only a stones throw away. Location is perfect for all of your Boating, Swimming & Fishing Plans. This Peaceful Area is only minutes to Silver Dollar City with a nice view of the strip from the Private Deck. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place with Food, Entertainment Surrounding you. There is an Outdoor Pool to cool off during the Summer months. Please note we take pride in treating this vacation condo like our own home and we only accept guest with 4.5 stars or above.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used/soiled towels & wash clothes out in the laundry room in a basket provided Before leaving. No laundry should be done by the guest other than personal clothing & belongings.
Leave beds that were used unmade.... So the cleaning service knows which bedding needs washed.
Be sure and turn off all tv's and appliances when leaving the condo. If something gets broken report it immediately.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must have a 4.5 star or higher rating. This is our family getaway. We ask all guests to treat it like home and leave it the way you found it.
Please, No Scooters, Bicycles, Electric Bicycles, Toy Motorcycles or Roller Skates of any kind brought inside condo.
Do not leave children unattended in the condo without adult supervision. 1 person Must be an adult of at least 21 years of age.

Perfect home away from home.

This condo was beautifully decorated and so welcoming!! The table was set for us and the all the rooms were just perfect from the start. The pool is a short walk away. Matt was so responsive and attentive to all of our needs almost immediately after the email sent. There were 7 of us and we unanimously agreed to stay again next year!!!
