Great House!

The house was Fantastic. Lots of room, closet space, large bedrooms arranged to insure privacy. Great location with everything you could need. Great backyard and grill.

Look No Further

The house is beautiful and at the perfect location. The house is updated, cozy and decorated nicely. Thee basement apartment is a bonus. We enjoyed the large outdoor grill and the gas fire pit. Everything you need is within walking distance. Whole Foods is a 2 minute walk. Restaurants that serve a broad array of food types are minutes away. Coffee/pastry shops are minutes away. The Clarendon subway station is a 5 minute walk. Trader Joe's is a 5 minute walk. Every morning we went on a walk and discovered numerous neighborhood parks in the area. Clarendon is beautiful. You can't go wrong!

Lyon Village is the ultimate neighborhood in Arlington, VA. Best of all, its picture perfect tree-lined streets are just minutes from many of the best restaurants, shops, and cafes in the entire Washington, DC region. Whole Foods is 1 block away and Trader Joes is within a 1/2 mile. Two metro stations are within a 10-minute walk to whisk you into DC, which is a few stops away.

What makes this property unique

The front porch is the perfect place for your morning coffee and the backyard, with an outdoor kitchen, deck, and gas firepit is paradise. Listening to the birds in the afternoon, you would never guess you were so close to everything!
