Built in Apline style of natural stone and wood with top quality contemporary furnishings and art. Shared wellness facilities (sauna and steam bath). The apartment comprises of 1 double/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and overhead shower, a further 2 double/twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. The open plan lounge features a large flat screen TV and DVD player, open fire place and dining table for up to 8 people. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and espresso coffee machine. Within a short walk from the bus station, grocery store and children playground. Located approximately within 15 minutes of the town centre. The rental rates include local taxes, linen, towels and final cleaning.
