We are a German American Family who has called the Lowcountry our home since 2013. We have lived all over the world, love antique and modern styles and have tried to integrate these styles into this one-of-a-kind home.
Why they chose this property
This historic home was built in 1897 and is part of the Beaufort Downtown Historic District. It is only a short walk (6 minutes) to the downtown are and Waterfront district with restaurants, shops and art galleries as well as the marina.
What makes this property unique
This historic home was built in 1897 and is part of the Beaufort Downtown Historic District. We purchased it and renovated it in 2023. For the previous 30 years it had been a custom frame shop and art gallery. It is only a short walk (6 minutes) to the downtown are and Waterfront district with restaurants, shops and art galleries as well as the marina.
