Property located in 323 Lajas, PR. 10 min to Poblado La Parguera (bioluminescent bay) & 10 min to Guanica Playa Santa/La Jungla (Natural Reserve Beach). There are 3 natural resources boat ramp for free less than 5 min drive! Bring your jet ski, kayak and enjoy the beach! Very secure area great maintenance. Remodeled in a stylish way with a fully equipped kitchen, gazebo, patio & pool.
