Steps away from the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach. Unique beautiful view from the wrap around lanai where you can watch boats go by, or just enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico with the surrounding water view. Two bedroom, two bath condominium. Community offers a large pool, tennis court, and social room. Great location that will allow you to enjoy all that Naples has to offer.
There is a 30 night minimum per HOA requirements.
Building has its own pool and social room. There are tennis courts. There is also a grill outside on ground floor for guest to use. This building is extremely quiet due to bordering the state park. The other buildings have significantly more foot traffic.
