Cape Winds is a beautiful beachfront building that offers resort style amenities: heated pool, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court, free parking with cover and uncover parking spaces.
Perfect location with beach access on both sides of the building. Just a short walk! Cocoa Beach Pier is only 1 mile distance from here. Close to Kennedy Space Center, Historic Cocoa Village, Brevard Zoo, Disney is only 45 minutes away.
The condo has ironing board, beach chairs, linens and towels. Fast and reliable WIFI included.
