Ariel Dunes II 1208 beautiful beach condo has it all with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and just steps away from the pool and beach! This 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo has an open-floor plan from the living room through the well-equipped kitchen. You will be immediately drawn to the balcony just outside of the living room. The spacious balcony provides a perfect respite for sunrises and sunsets while enjoying coffee or an afternoon relaxing.
The Master bedroom boasts a plush bed plus a sizable walk-in shower and a white marble double vanity. Additional balcony access is provided from the master bedroom.
The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to the condo’s other full bath. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room as the couch pulls into a queen sleeper sofa. Washer and Dryer available in the condo!

Miramar Beach

Cond was a bit beat up and furniture was worn and dirty. Kind of gross, actually. Building was in need of some updating. Exercise room needs a complete overhaul.

Disappointed in professionalism and safety

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, I was text location and room number with the code only to enter the room of an occupied room. I was given the code to a wrong room. Good thing I realized this after seeing toys scattered and did not enter the condo except for the doorway. I called the number for assistance only to be treated as if I had read the text wrong which I did not, hence the code opened someone else’s condo. Later, I received an email the condo was available for an additional night. I called to enquire about the cost stressing to the help team employee to give me an opportunity to speak with my family first and I’d call back. As soon as we disconnected the call, I received a text from my credit card that it had been charged for the additional night’s stay although I did not agree to it. I did decide to stay the additional night and then was locked out of my condo because they changed the door code without telling me. I had to call once again to get the info. Lastly. the gate security was very uncooperative updating the parking pass. The condo itself was great, I’d say the management needs some polishing.
