Wonderful place!

The apartment was very cozy. Aimee was a great hostess. She introduced herself the first night. It was really nice to have all of the amenities we had. Her instructions were easy to follow on how everything worked.

Nice apartment in Astoria

We stayed at Aimee's property on a Mother's Day visit to NY to see our son who also lives in Astoria. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. There was a good memory foam mattress. It has a very well equipped kitchen for those who wish to cook. It was a basement apartment but still had a lot of natural light. I think there were 6 windows for the apartment. The area is full of restaurants within a few blocks. It is also very convenient to both the Broadway and the Steinway subway stops. In 10 minutes you're in Manhattan. It's in a safe, residential neighborhood. No issues coming home late at night. The entrance to the apartment was hidden down some steps. The TV was a little quirky as it was Hulu based but we finally kinda figured it out. All in all a very nice stay.

APPARTEMENT EXTRA

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de deux semaines en famille dans cet appartement. Tout est conforme au descriptif. Tout était prévu pour que nous y séjournions très confortablement. Nous avons également apprécié, ce quartier vivant mais plus à taille humaine que le cœur de Manhattan, ce qui nous a permis de trouver les ressources nécessaires pour visiter sereinement cette magnifique ville de New York. Un grand merci à Aimée pour son accueil qui a pleinement contribué à la réussite de notre voyage.

Beautiful place in a great NYC neighborhood!

Could not have been happier with the place. Came down for a few concerts at MSG and did not feel like doing the whole manhattan hotel thing. This was a perfect alternative. Quiet comfy and lots within walking distance. Will try to use this place every time I come back.

Comfortable, well-equipped, quiet

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was delightful - fully stocked with absolutely every piece of equipment needed to cook meals. The heated towel rack was a fantastic touch. The apartment was surprisingly quiet for such a busy city. We were extremely comfortable there hanging out, playing games, watching TV and it was super convenient to subways for sight seeing. This is always my first choice property when I'm visiting NYC.
