Why they chose this property

I basically grew up in the city. It's the center of Bicolandia. The region in the Philippines where I grew up.

What makes this property unique

Every detail is carefully thought of to be as more practical as possible for travelers on whichever path of life they are--students, working professionals, senior citizen, friends, families, people on transit, etc. To offer them a sense of comfort after a busy day.

The location is also practical as it is located inside the Deca Sentrio Midrise Building where convenience stores are available on the ground floor. Stores, shopping malls, clinics, hospitals and other tourist attractions are also found nearby.
