Cozy, simple and laidback! Open living room with lots of natural light from the big window on the front porch, full kitchen with essential utensils, glass door leading to the back patio, full laundry, full bathroom.
Large dog crate available in the laundry room.
Perfect for fishing trips, road trips, family gathering! Close to everything within a short drive, 10min to the beach and boat ramp, 5min from grocery store, only 14min to downtown. Surrounded by many local restaurants.
Plenty of space outside with all fenced in yard, great for pets and children to play outside while you can enjoy a morning coffee seating on the front porch!

Loved this little house!

The lay out of the house was perfectly for our family. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again if we travel back that way! (Seriously, check out the tile in the bathrooms... so pretty!)

Nice property. Appreciated that it was fenced in and had lots of beautiful plants. Plenty of room for parking. The top bunk bed was not very secure so we were uncomfortable sleeping up there. Need better instructions for the front lock pad because it does not work with just putting in the code. We were locked out for 25 minutes, with calls dropped trying to reach the host. Until we located an actual key.

I’m sorry you didn’t feel like our property deserved a 5stars review. Bunk bed it’s usually super stable within the weight capacity listed in the description of our espace. As for the keypad we never had any issues until your reservation, after looking into it I don’t think we could have had anymore clear instructions so I cannot think of what could possibly have happen then. Not sure why the calls wasn’t going through, as for the texts I answered as fast as I could! Good luck next time!

Comfy place

The place was as advertised, clean, comfortable, and everything in order. Although it was clean, we walked in with smelling the heavy cleaning chemicals that was used throughout the home. One of our guest suffers from allergies and ended up with a migraine headache throughout the evening, however, in spite of that. I recommend anybody to this place. Thank you for letting us stay there. I loved it.

Property needs some work, had some cleaning issues, door lock issues, outside needs some care,grass cut,tree limb pile needed removal and just some overall upkeep.

Thankyou, the location was great! Easy access to US 1 which made it easy to get to the downtown areas as well as the PGA event we were looking to visit! Shopping was within 10 minutes and the Beaches within 20. A quiet location with minimal traffic. Would do it again!!
