Propane grill is available, but incase the propane onsite is already consumed or empty, Guest needs to provide their own propane.

High chair or pack n play is available upon request. please let us know at least 24 hours before your arrival.

Trash day is every Wednesdays. Please help us push the trash bins to the curb side every Tuesdays. Kindly separate garbage and please don’t put the garbage to recycling cans.

No cable available, but you can use your own streaming account such as Netflix etc.

Clean the used barbecue grill by yourself, Will be fined $100 if you forget it.
Return the key in lock box if you use it. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Good location to restaurants.The living room furniture was very uncomfortable and the traffic noise was bad.The hvac filters were black and looked like they hadn’t been changed in a long time.The yard is muddy and full of weeds.I would not rent this unit again.
