Beautiful house, well equipped bedroom suites and kitchen. Minimal WiFi and less than robust A/C. Overall a perfect place for a large family.

This property is very suitable for large groups, with several places for people to gather (indoors and outdoors) and a variety of bedroom set ups each with ensuites. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, and while cell reception is spotty the Wifi is strong (information about how to access the wifi is available on an iPad in the kitchen). The smoke detectors are very sensitive and one of them (downstairs queen bedroom) went off twice during our visit (it was triggered by steam from the bathroom). The fire department responded quickly, but having the code to turn off the system is helpful (we got it from the property manager). The location worked very well for us (2 miles from town) and the property management company was super responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay.

Kings Deer Valley Week

This is our third time to this property. It fits our family perfectly. We love the street because the kids can play outside on the flat cul de sac. It’s close to all the fun things to do in Park City. Thank you!
