While this spacious and unique rental has plenty to keep you buys, it's still only a 5 minute drive downtown and conveniently located between OTR and the bustle surrounding the University of Cincinnati.

What makes this property unique

We love this property because it is so cozy and comfortable, close to anything you could want to get to in the city, and it's so FUN! When we bought this house, we were looking to recreate something we love in our house-- the PARTY BARN. We never could have guessed when we bought our old fixer upper farmhouse how many memories we would have with friends and family in the shed-bar the previous owners built.

When we saw this garage, we knew we could transform it from a forgotten shed holding lawncare items to a beautiful private gathering space for groups to celebrate in. And, it couldn't just be a bar, right? Gotta have a hot tub and fire pit too!
