Welcome snowmobilers, skiers, & Winter enthusiasts!
New modern home, great for outdoor enthusiasts. This home consists of 5 beds, a double futon, and a large sectional with 4 recliners, and ample room for air mattresses.

- Dining table for 6/7
- Outdoor deck and patio for relaxing, tanning, etc.
- Outdoor dining set for 9
- Two BBQ's: Gas Weber and large Blackstone grills
- Large yard for kids, volleyball, picnics, etc.
- Extra parking for RV's, ATV trailers, etc.
There is ample parking for RV's, ATV / snowmobile riders. There is room for a few trailers, (depending on size) multiple vehicles, etc.
Discover and vacation at this lovely modern mountain gem in Seeley Lake, Montana. This charming house features a king bed, queen bed, and three twin bunk beds for children. The living room offers additional sleeping space with a foldable double futon and a large comfortable sectional sofa with four recliners. Make incredible Montana memories, as this home has 2 separate bathrooms equipped with a bathtub, two shower, and a washer & dryer, making you feel right at home.
Guests have full access to the property, and the property is not shared with any other properties.

Neighborhood is located within the Alpine Trails Subdivision, which has miles of peaceful walking trails and incredible views right out the front door. The home is located within the Alpine Trails Subdivision and HOA. Please abide by all rules and regulations.
Home is located in the mountains of Montana. Please be aware and cautious of all wildlife and animals. Please respect and use caution with all animals. In season, please carry bear spray.
Please remove shoes when entering the property. Upon vacating the property, please take your trash to exterior trash can, start dishwasher, and washing machine. (towels) Please treat the property as if it were your own. We appreciate guests that respect our vacation rental, and look forward to having you back. Guests will be charged for house rule violations. Fee's for damage will be accessed and charged to the guest. No animals of any kind are allowed. No smoking! Unauthorized guests will be charged an additional $200 per day, per stay. For trash left on the property, inside or out, a $200 fee will be accessed to the guest. If we are able to accommodate, and early check in is $50.00, and a late check out $50.00

This 4 season recreational spectacle is very unique, and you will likely fall in love with it as well. I am a real estate broker by trade, and am blessed to get this home to make life long, lasting memories for our family, and for yours as well.
