Listing is for Unit 208, which is a poolside unit over the 4th of July week - Saturday June 28, 2025 through Saturday July 5, 2025.

Additional $500.00 Deposit required, and will be refunded by July 12, 2025 if there is no damage to the condo or its contents.

West Oaks Resort and Condominiums is nestled among the giant oaks along the water's edge. They offer guests spacious, well-appointed vacation homes and premium amenities in comfortable, contemporary surroundings. West Oaks is located in Arnolds Park, in the heart of the Iowa Great Lakes region, and is just steps away from area attractions.

Resort offers two outdoor pools and one indoor pool, grills, swings and slide, a Game room with pool table and ping pong table, free use of washers and dryers, two parking stalls in West Oaks lot.

West Oaks Dock:

Canoes and paddle boats are available free of charge to use for fun on the lake. They even supply the life jackets.

Wifi Internet Included:

Wireless and High speed internet is located throughout every room and located outside the resort.
