This luxurious property features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, very comfortably sleeping 16. Sleeping accommodations include 3 King Beds, 2 Queen Beds and 6 Twin Beds. Perfect setup for a very large family or a couple of families. With amenities like Community Pool, just steps away, WiFi, full size washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances, coffee bar, large flat screen smart tv's in every room, large deck fully equipped for outdoor entertainment with peekaboo views of the Gulf. Beach access is just 400 feet away. Garage entertainment area with bar, dart board, smart tv, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, games and 4 seater gas golf cart included. Shipwreck Restaurant, Dollar General, Express Lane Gas Station, Lookout Lounge and Package Store are all walking or golf cart accessible from the house. Plenty of parking for 6 vehicles, utility or boat trailers. Property is located 8.5 miles from the heart of Port St. Joe and 3.9 miles from Mexico Beach, both of which have tons of shops, restaurants, marinas and boat ramps.

The beach house was the perfect fit for my family. Beach was in walking distance, but the golf cart was useful for hauling chairs closer to the each. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Shannon!

Had everything that was advertised and more, the actual space is bigger and more open than it appears in the photos. We had 2 families with a total of 9 people, and there was plenty of space. Back deck is huge, everything we needed was there, hosts were very responsive when we needed help getting into the pool. less than 5 min walk to the beach, gas station and Dollar General are under 5 min walk as well, convenient for picking up what we needed. Overall great experience!

The perfect beach rental

We absolutely loved the location of this home. The owner was quick to respond. The home is located very close to the beach and the golf cart made hauling chairs a breeze! We had 16 people and had plenty of room! The pool was great as well. We highly recommend.

Great Location and Very Clean

We really enjoyed our stay and the host was super quick at responding. The house was one road over from the beach with beach access and golf cart parking. The golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach, gas station, dollar general or even ship wrecks oyster bar. We were concerned with the shared pool but we had it to our selves the few times we went which was great. The house easily accommodated the 12 of us plus two dogs. Driveway is long enough to fit 6 cars or three truck with trailers. Highly recommend.

Everything great, top notch

Our experience planning and staying at Salty Kisses was top notch. The owners were proactive and very responsive. The property location is great; it’s only a block or two in from the highway, gas station and Dollar General, yet it’s on a very quiet street, with easy quick access to the gorgeous St Joe Beach. The owners clearly have paid attention to everything that makes for a great stay. From the amazing decor, to excellent showers, to quality beach equipment, to comprehensive kitchen supplies (such as food storage containers for left overs), and everything in between, this is an outstanding property. We can also tell that the building infrastructure and systems are high quality, which is a very important part of a great stay, because everything works. We highly recommend.

10/10 recommend this beautiful beach home! We booked this home for our annual girls beach trip and we cannot say enough good things about our experience. It was by far the best trip we’ve had. The host had the most thoughtful set up of wine glasses and Prosecco for us when we arrived. The home was so clean and comfortable. The host has thought of everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance, cookware, or other items you may need. The towels are so soft and smell so fresh and the bedding is top notch. All of the extra you provided such as the cotton pads, q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, beach chairs, etc, was greatly appreciated. We were so thankful to have the golf cart as an extra amenity. It made our trips down to the beach and to the Lookout so much easier. We really could not find one negative thing about our experience. We would definitely book this home again. If you are considering booking, just go ahead and do it - you won’t be disappointed!
