The home enjoys an open plan interior and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests and with the addition of a bedroom on the ground floor you can enjoy your stay without feeling overcrowded.

There are two lounge areas – The ground floor lounge is stunning with views to the pool area and plenty of comfortable luxurious seating and includes a large flat screen TV, it is simply gorgeous. The second lounge is situated on the upper floor, again is stunning with large luxury sofa and a further flat screen TV.

The high end kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and with the addition of a large breakfast bar, it is perfect for a breakfast or a quick lunch. The Dining Area is ideal for more formal dining with its elegant setting and views to the pool area you can indulge in a family banquet in this beautiful setting.

The well-appointed bedrooms will offer the perfect tranquil retreat at the end of a busy day and the magnificent décor will leave you feeling truly relaxed and pampered.

The Downstairs Bedroom includes a Queen Bed, TV and has a Bathroom that includes Bath with Shower next door.

There is a King Suite with King Bed and a flat screen TV, plus Ensuite facilities of a bath with separate shower and double sinks.

The Queen Bedroom has a Queen bed, plus a flat screen TV.

There are two Twin Bedrooms with exceptional décor and follow the lovely bright fresh feeling this home offers.

There is a further Family Bathroom, with a half bathroom located downstairs.

The Outside of the Home is absolutely beautiful with its large pool and spa, it is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine, enjoy a book and watch the children play in the pool.

With the addition of a covered Lanai you can enjoy the delights of al fresco dining, whether it be a lazy breakfast or dinner under the stars with a chilled glass of something delicious.

- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.

Just lovely

The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. Appliances aren't new, but they are fully functional. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and the owners were very helpful throughout the rental process.

Another great stay

This is our second time staying at this property and just like the first time-it was amazing! The property is clean, the management team has great communication and the neighborhood is great! We did have to wait a little while past our check in time for the cleaners to finish, however they explained to us that previous occupants caused a delay that slowed the cleaners down. It was just a little frustrating seeing as we had just driven 16 hours with our children and were desperate to get out of that car lol.

Relaxation at its best!

Our stay was wonderful! House was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Swam in the pool everyday! Property management was quick to respond with answers to all our questions. Would love to go back and definitely recommend!

Loved the house and pool. Very neat and clean.Dishwasher was not working so waited for a part so no dishwasher for 2 weeks. Property managers were helpful when needed. Enjoyed the place.

Family Vacation

This was a good stay for us, we really enjoyed the home. We parked at the additional parking lot at the front of the subdivision, be careful parking there if you need to use this parking. Also, someone had a drone while we were out in the pool. But i would stay here again. Beautiful home. You may want to heat the pool. It rained which made the pool cool especially at night.

We had a great family experience at this home. It is in a great location, close to groceries stores and only 20-30 mins drive to Disney. The layout is great for a large family, the pool was warm enough which was a worry of ours since we went in February. I don’t believe we would rent the bbq again since it was very very small and old and we paid $75 for the week. Not worth the money. The kids also loved the game room!

This was our second trip to villa - and unfortunately the property in terms of overall cleanliness had deteriorated.Had poor experience with air con first few days but got sorted.The pool area didn’t seem very clean at all.Real shame as location of sun across pool area is fantastic.

Great place for big families

We really enjoyed our time here. The house is beautiful and just as described. We had great communication with the property managers every step of the way. We were a little bummed by the unexpected mid week pool clean which caused our kids to immediately have to leave the pool and stay out for about 3 hours. Also, there are a lot of rules that could lead to a bunch of fines if not followed, so I had a bit of anxiety about that. Other than that it was a great home for our family!!

Enjoyed family time

My family needed a place to stay for a week while my college son played in a baseball tournament. I had no idea who was coming on what day and how long anyone was staying. This house was perfect for our needs. It was beautiful and clean and comfortable. I had no reason to contact the owner during our stay since all of our communication prior to our arrival was informative and sufficient. The house was perfect for relaxing and enjoying family time. Kitchen was wonderful for family meals. The only challenge for us was there is only 1 zone for the whole house (upstairs and downstairs). Some like it colder than others but it truly was a minor thing. We would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Extended family stay for Disney parks trip

We had a lovely stay at the property for 2 weeks while we visited all of the Disney & Universal theme parks. We loved the size of the property especially the large downstairs living space as it suited our extended family circumstances. However we did find the kitchen a little sparsely supplied and cooking evening meals for 7 people was a little challenging at times. We had a couple of issues during our stay however communication with the agents was easy and swift and these were all rectified quickly. The estate is really quiet which we appreciated and travel time to Disney parks was 35 mins when the traffic was light but around 1 hour during peak hours. There’s plenty of shops and eating venues around 10-15 mins away just before joining I4 which were useful on the way to or from the theme parks. Overall we had a fantastic holiday! 😊

Nice Property

The house was nice, clean and spacious. I do not recommend getting pool heat as it does not heat the pool at all. The spa is the exact temp as the pool. So don’t waste your money. Just enjoy as is. There is no AC in the game room but it wasn't to bad. Overall we had a nice stay at the home. The host responded as needed. There is no keurig so be sure to bring some coffee filters.

Very nice

Overall the house was a great size and was clean. When you have younger kids playing on the floor is when you notice it’s clean like swept but the floors were pretty dirty. The kids would stand up with dirty knees and feet and/or socks. It was very easy to follow any instructions s for getting in or out and the community was quiet and anyone we ran into was very friendly. I wish we had had better communication on heating the pool. But otherwise the pool area and lanai were excellent. It’s where we spent anytime that we were there. It was even nice to spend one rainy afternoon out under the lanai. Overall our stay was very nice and enjoyable.
