This home on Keuka Lake's East Bluff neighborhood has 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, along with 130' of private lakefront. From the street, you'll walk down several steps to the front door and enter the foyer. To your right is the beautiful main living room with its lovely diamond paned glass windows overlooking the lake, old plank flooring, comfortable couches for lounging in front of the fire on chilly evenings, and built in book cases surrounding the fireplace. To the left is the cozy dining room with windows also facing the lake, beautiful built-in dining cabinets and mid century modern dining set. Beyond the Dining room, you'll enter the kitchen where you'll feel right at home cooking meals in the Kitchen area or seated in the sitting nook by the big glass doors that bring the view of the lake inside. These doors lead out onto an outdoor dining area on the balcony facing the lake.
On the main floor, the gentlemen's library, with beautiful built-in bookshelves, has been turned into a bedroom space with a Queen bed. There is a large green space between the house and the lake, allowing room for a good game of cornhole, an evening campfire, or space for the kids to run. The hot tub is located on a deck area at the back of the house, where you can enjoy a hot evening soak while looking out over the lake. A kayak, canoe, and paddle boat are available for your enjoyment during the warmer months, and a seasonal dock allows you the space for swimming and fishing in the waters of Keuka.

Our stay was great and the house is beautiful. It does need som maintenance- shower tiles need repainting/replaced. I would recommend this place to any party - we had a wonderful time!
The home was everything we expected. Clean with a lot of character. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our group of ten adults. A lot of charm and character in the home. The view - beautiful! Short drive to restaurants breweries and wineries. Would definitely stay again especially in the summer months when we could utilize the kayaks.
The home was absolutely beautiful, the panoramic views were peaceful, and the location was an easy to drive to places. A lot of stairs, so best for younger people. Security of downstairs door was a concern, and being told to man-handle a door to lock it was not professional, should be fixed permanently. Overall stay was pleasant.
We had a terrific girl's weekend at this charming home right on Keuka Lake. The five ample bedrooms were perfect for our group of 6, and the kitchen and sitting areas were designed for hanging out and making meals together. Kitchen was very well stocked, beds were comfortable and bathrooms/showers were great. The hot tub was a real treat for us as well! The house was a short drive from town and from the wineries up and down Seneca lake. Great location! Would recommend this house!
