This house was everything we needed! It was very clean, fully stocked kitchen (equipment -wise) extremely spacious, and everything worked. It is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood.

The house was nice overall. Basement had a smell when we arrived, but after having the fan on for the first day it was fine. Some low ceilings in the basement: watch out if you are over 6’1”. Communication with the host via the app was completely unsuccessful. I received some apparently automated messages, but no response to any of my messages. For example, my request for an early check in was completely ignored, and so were my messages about the security camera making annoying noise (repeatedly saying it was searching for a connection).

Greetings, yes sorry for the delay in responding for early check whichbwas not possible, but we did respond as soon as the Unit was avlb which was around 2:30 p.m before the regular 4:00 p.m check in time.. Also We did suffer a wifi cell phone service outage that sent exterior security camera into reset mode on the lastnight of your stay" Also There waa a humidifier placed in the basement level to help with the humidity.. But thanks for your feed back hopefully the rest of your stay went well..

Property as listed. Good stay for the money

The property was as listed and economical. Water temperature was a bit tricky for showers. Could not locate thermostat. There was a coffee maker but no coffee mugs which was peculiar.

This was our 1st time ever renting a home for vacation. This home and our host were exceptionally wonderful. This home was very spacious with plenty of space for everything and anything we wanted to do. Everything one could think of or need was supplied or available. Our host were readily available and very communicative to any and all issues or concerns that we may have had. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. The location was very accessible and within 5 to 20 minutes from almost every store, restaurant, and venuewithin the Greater Cleveland area. We would definitely choose it again. Thank you Faye and Andre for being such GREAT host!!!

It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and had a grocery store nearby. There was a little bit of a drive for restaurants but we ate in anyway. Some recommendations: very nice and convenient if you supply some laundry supplies. We had to purchase some detergent. Spare TP under bathroom sinks. We were down to one partial roll on last day. Some of kitchen supplies: sugar, pan spray, kitchen wash clothes. These are just recommendations- we would stay here again if traveling in the area. It was a nice big kitchen with room to spread out.

Decent place for the price. I was disappointed the dryer was non operational for our visit, as I always return home with clean clothes. I like the quiet seclusion the property offered and should the need arise, I would rebook this location.
