Libyan View Villa with 4 bedrooms and private pool

Libyan View Villa is an impressive 4-bedroom villa, with 3 bathrooms, a private pool and stunning views of the south coast of Crete. It is located behind the village of Kerame, 3,5 km from the beach and 35 km south of Rethymnon.

A spacious open-plan living area with a working fireplace, sofas, sat TV and DVD/CD/MP3, a lovely dining area with a monastry table (sits 10) are offered on the ground floor of the villa. A traditional arch leads into the fitted kitchen, which is equipped with refrigerator, oven & hob, microwave, toaster, expresso maker and dishwasher. Two bedrooms are also available, one with a double bed and the other with a double and a single bed. Two ensuite bathrooms, one with shower and hairdryer and one with bathtub, are provided as well. An iron and an ironing board are also offered.

Two more bedrooms, one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a shared bathroom, and another small lounge with a traditional sofa-bed, refrigerator and TV are found on the top floor reached by either an internal or external staircase. Access to a huge spacious veranda with hammocks is here.

Many different paved sunterraces leading down to the private pool with hydromassage offer guests the chance to enjoy some panoramic views of the libyan sea. Around the villa, outdoor seating areas have been created with lazy chairs and wicker furniture. The elements of stone and wood in addition to the covered arches provide a romantic atmosphere and some perfect spots to enjoy the sunsets.
