We had a wonderful stay! Our host was incredibly attentive, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our visit. Communication was easy and prompt, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was comfortable, welcoming, and exactly as described. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

The Prairie on Flax was amazing! What a beautiful townhouse, so tidy and well stocked. It has such a warm vibe ... just loved being there. Wendy, thank you for your availability in responding to questions ... it was absolutely perfect. I hope to return sooner than later. So lucky to have found this wonderful place!

Beautiful home in Berthoud just a short drive from Loveland and Rocky Mountain national park. Property was immaculate and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Host communication allowed for a smooth check in and check out. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Wendy was a delightful host. Property was beautiful and so many amenities were provided. Kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms were well stocked. Check-in and check-out were hassle free. Wendy was responsive to all questions. We would absolutely return to The Little House on Prairie Flax!!!

We stayed 3 weeks in this well appointed, clean, roomy townhouse. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The location was ideal for us to go between Boulder and Fort Collins. The area is safe and the neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family was so thankful to stay in this property. The location is convenient and safe. The unit was well stocked to meet on every need The property manager’s communication was thorough and very prompt. Perfect for the Sparkler Tournament!We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Berthoud or Loveland area!From the very beginning, Wendy was an exceptional host. She was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and very responsive to every question and inquiry we had. She even allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated and made our arrival so much easier.The house itself was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well supplied. Wendy truly thought of everything. The home was stocked with kitchen necessities, and bathroom essentials, along with so many other thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into making sure guests had everything they might need during their stay.The location was perfect for our trip. We were in Colorado for the 14U Sparkler softball tournament, and all of our games were played at Barnes Sports Complex, which was only about a 10-minute drive away. This made our tournament schedule incredibly convenient. We were also within about 15–20 minutes of shopping and dining, including a mall, Target, Safeway, and a wide variety of restaurants.The community itself was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. We hardly saw any neighbors during our stay, but everyone we did encounter was very friendly. It was the perfect place to come back to and unwind after long days at the softball fields.Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

It was perfect for what we needed and positioned between many wonderful sight seeing options, restaurants and family activities. Just far enough from town and highway to feel like you’re away from it all. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood and the communication with host was excellent.
