Stayed four magical nights with our dog for my birthday, with my hubby. This home has it all! Amazing fires, that fire table overlooking Pikes Peak, an amazing drive in and the quietist of any recent stays we can remember. The beds were comfy and the communication with Alina was pot on. Stay here!

Amazing Place to Stay

We were doing a getaway for a long weekend. Your cabin was spacious, clean, and quiet. The view of the mountains was spectacular. The fireplace was enjoyable to use each night. You provided everything we needed for our stay. The roads to the cabin had potholes that we had to take slowly. We definitely hope to come back for a future stay.

The cabin was beautiful with spectacular views of Pikes Peak front the back deck. Our dog loved speaking time there by himself.I’d like to list PROS and CONS of the cabin:PROS:Beautiful inside and outEasy access through ground-level front door with plenty of parking for 2 large SUVsNice main floor living area and downstairs theater room that our grandkids lovedComfortable beds and nice bathrooms Wonderful back deck with comfy ski-chairs, fire pit and Blackstone GriddleVery easy check out CONS:NO SCREENS on any windows, and even though the cabin is at 7,727 ft altitude, we we’re constantly barraged by huge, nasty flies and other flying critters, included hornets There is an inadequate amount of silverware for this large of a home, there were 7 of us and we were frequently washing silverware or using plastic ware Plan your groups’ showers schedule so you don’t run out of hot water while covered in soapThere’s no ice maker in the fridge; it has an ice maker, but it’s not connected. There’s a very small portable ice maker, but it takes a long time to make a small amount. So plan to bring a bag or two of ice with you.
