Gentle sloping wooded yard with plenty of room to relax and play. Very low boat traffic/wake. A little slice of heaven located in Manoy Creek area of Lake Martin!

Southern Comfort is a vintage fishing cabin converted into a sweet updated space with all modern conveniences. Includes private dock, kayaks, grill & fire pit!

The back deck is steps from the water, large and welcoming with a scenic view!

Great place to be with our growing family. The kids were outside a great deal of the time. And the deck with cover was where we adults gathered. Plenty of parking space.

Location! Location! Location! Right on the lake. Enjoyed swimming and taking a pontoon out for the day. The house is clean as far as floors, kitchen, bathroom, etc. It seems to be an older home and could use some maintenance. Example: vents are caked with dust, ill fitting doors, spider webs on deck railing and underneath. Between the steps and the fire pit set up I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Overall was a good experience and have no regrets.
