Why they chose this property

To be honest, I picked this place because it was tiny and close enough to home—perfect for me to test out all the design ideas I’ve collected from YouTube. Only after working on it did I realize how great the area is. There are amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and local spots all around, plus super easy access to Scranton’s main attractions. So even though the area wasn’t the reason I started this project, it definitely became one of the reasons I love it now

What makes this property unique is that it packs an impressive amount of comfort into just 220 sq. ft. You’ll find a full kitchen, a king-size bed, a cozy living area, and a well-designed bathroom—all in a space that was a true design challenge to plan. After countless revisions, ideas, and late nights, everything came together in a layout that feels both functional and stylish.
Plus, the fully fenced backyard, side deck, and back deck add extra outdoor space, giving you even more room to relax and enjoy.
