Condo has all the amenities needed to unwind for a while! 3-minute walk to Burke Mountain Hotel, access to hotel amenities/ $5 per person, fitness center, pool, and hot tub! Short walk to Upper Mountain lift and ski/bike back to condo using condo connector trail. short walk to View Pub and the nostalgic Bear Den Bar! Weekly/Monthly Discounts available!
Just updated with all new flooring/carpeting/furniture and appliances...this super clean condo has 2 VERY large bedrooms which can accommodate 2 families with children easily. Each room has a queen sized bed and additional beds for kids to sprawl out on. Two full baths 1 with tub/shower and one with stand up shower.
Living room downstairs has a pull out couch for an extra guest or two!
Brand new in unit washer and dryer. Perfect ski or bike in condo with quick access to lifts!
2 parking spaces for guests near unit, with additional parking within walking distance in lot above. Few minute drive to town for basic essentials, some nearby good eats, and mountain biking. Walking distance to hotel with View Pub and Bear Den Bar!
Exterior renovations were just completed with brand new walkways! With brand new siding, roofs, walkways, decks. Also new Mini split heat systems!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit, and I’m sorry if certain aspects didn’t meet your expectations. The furniture and layout are exactly as shown in the online photos, but I understand preferences can vary.
Regarding the dryer, most homes in our complex cannot accommodate vented units, which is why we installed a eco friendly heat pump system. It works well when using the timed dry function, and our cleaning team uses it for all linens and towels between guests. This information is also in the guest book, and I would have been happy to share it had you reached out.
We’ve never had issues with the new sliding door installed last year or toaster purchased a little over 14 months ago, but I appreciate your notes and will have everything checked. Thank you as well for replacing the batteries in the clock.
I truly wish you had contacted me during your stay—I would have gladly addressed any concerns right away or even helped you find another property on the mountain that better suited your needs and tastes, and then come up with my family to give our condo some love. But in any case I hope your month-long visit was still enjoyable and this review was just prompted on a bad day for you. In any case I appreciate the opportunity to host you.
