3 bedroom Pool home close to Windsor launch ramp
This Pet Friendly pool home is minutes away from the lake and Windsor Beach launch ramp. The Master suite has a King bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The Guest room has a Queen bed and hutch. The 2nd guest has Twin bed with twin pull out trundle and dresser. Guest Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Indoor laundry room. Dining Room has seating for 6 at the table with 3 bar stools available at the kitchen counter. Plenty of Patio furniture in the backyard with a wood burning fireplace and gas BBQ. Smart TV's in the Living Room and Master bedroom. Wi-Fi included. RO system. GARAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE. There is extra parking in the front yard. The Casita is being renovated and currently not available. The Pool and Spa can be heated with Natural Gas. Monthly rentals: the tenant is responsible for any electric/gas combined over $150 each month.
