Nicely Renovated 3 Bedroom + Loft Condo in Kingswood Village
Nicely renovated 3BR/2BA (plus loft) offers modern amenities and plenty of space for everyone in the family to enjoy. We recently updated the condo and most of the furniture is new (mattress, pillows, bedding, table, kitchen supplies, grill, etc). Our condo can comfortably fit up to 6 adults and 2 children (the loft is small for adults) Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Kings Beach.

My wife and I have been married for 24 years and our family lives in the Sacramento area. We recently purchased this condo and have spent the last few months renovating it. We relocated to California 24 years ago from the Midwest and love spending time in Lake Tahoe. We choose Kings Beach because it is so close to many hiking trails, the beach and our favorite ski resort.

Our Condo is located off highway 267 in King Beach and is close to Lake Tahoe, Northstar and Kings Beach.
