Modern, cozy, warm and relaxing.... Beautiful every season, to hike, ski, beach, shop or lounge.
Conveniently located near the heart of Kings Beach, this newly remodeled 3 story, warm and comfortable condominium boasts the perfect location from which to enjoy all of what Lake Tahoe has to offer. Incredible hiking and biking trails (which become snowshoeing and x-c skiing trails in winter!) are right down the block in the Tahoe National Forest. The condominium is just a mile from Lake Tahoe, 6 miles from the Northstar Ski Resort, and just minutes to the shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment of Incline Village, Tahoe City and Truckee.

The condominium provides two bedrooms, two bathrooms, all newly furnished, and a loft which houses Wii, fussball table and sofa/bed. The master bedroom has a beautiful locally crafted king size bed, with a deck. The second bedroom has Danish bunkbeds, with bottom queen, top full, and additional single bed, sleeping 4. The home can sleep eight comfortably. The downstairs bathroom holds a jacuzzi bath-tub, the second bathroom upstairs has a shower, and both bathrooms provide heated flooring.

Enjoying meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, heated flooring, timed coffee/espresso maker ready in the morning when you wake up. The easy gas lit, wood-burning fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for hanging out in the living room, dining room or kitchen area. Living room has a second deck with barbeque and seating.

The living room holds a large-screen HDTV with BluRay DVD player, netflix, YouTube, Pandora, Hulu and more.

Condominium includes access to the pool, sauna, ping pong and tennis courts just across the way (summer months only).

Pets are not allowed due to HOA regulations, this is NOT a pet free condo the owners bring their pets up regularly , if you have animal related allergies this is not the place for you .

Wonderful!

This was an amazing house for a snowy February trip! If you're looking for a way to enjoy all the great things Tahoe offers in the winter, without feeling nervous about weather, this is the place for you! Along with being close to a range of mountains, the location is super convenient to town, to great hiking (or snow shoe/ xc skiing), and fun family sledding. The condos did a great job plowing the parking lot and clearing paths to the units, and it's very close to 267, so you won't feel stuck. And if you do stay in, the house is great - everything you need to keep kids and grownups comfortable and entertained. Ours especially loved the bunk room and the foosball table!

Amazing stay

This condo is super equipped for maximum comfort. They provided coffee, sugar, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The linen was surprisingly nice for a rental. As a group of four ladies looking to hang out and relax, this condo was the best option. I’m so glad we stayed here. It’s about a mile from kings beach, shops, and Safeway (very walkable).

This is a great find. Walk to shopping, beach, restaurants. Comfy condo with lots of room for three teens and two adults to move around freely. Thanks for the great stay

Wonderful Location; Beautiful Property

Overall we loved this property at Tahoe. Super convenient to beaches and the grocery store. Comfortably fit our family of five. The pool was great. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and laundry.
