The 2-story unit offers separate sleeping and living floors, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. The entry floor includes a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a half bath, a dining room table, and a full kitchen. Other amenities include a combo washer and dryer, a dishwasher, as well as a private balcony overlooking the Island Club Pond. The unit is located directly in front of the playground, complementary grills and picnic tables, the beach access walkway, and beside the pool, hot tub, and tennis club, which includes a fitness room and basketball courts. Conveniently located on the island to bike paths, stores and restaurants this condo has everything you need to enjoy Hilton Head Island to its fullest.
