Great condo and location!

This condo was perfect for our Maui vacation with our teens. There was enough space for everyone. The kitchen was perfect for making meals especially since the complex had BBQs for use. The complex is located right across the street from a popular beach. We had a family of 5 with three teens and it worked great!

We loved the location - truly just a short walk to Kama II beach! Our kids would even walk from the pool to the beach without toweling off!Communication with host was excellent, she was very responsive and took great care of us!The unit was great, stocked with everything we needed to cook and relax comfortably.We especially enjoyed balcony/lanai - it's nicely shaded and was always comfortable, and we got to watch a herd of local deer right outside the property border every day.The only inconvenience was due to window A/C units - we had to run all the fans to keep air circulating inside, but it did the job and we were never uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this Maui Banyan condo Q101! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed—from beach gear to kitchen essentials. The location is hard to beat—just a short walk to beautiful Kamaole Beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We especially loved the peaceful lanai for morning coffee and the pool and hot tub for relaxing in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free, enjoyable vacation in South Maui! I think important to note that everything seemed high quality from the renovations to the sheets and towels....all top notch. I would definitely rebook my stay at unit Q101.

We purchased our condo in September 2010 and completely remodelled “our home away from home” from August until September 2011.
Anne Montgomery has been our Property Manager since this time and does a fantastic job keeping our beloved property in immaculate condition for our guests! She has a wealth of experience in property management and is the on-island contact for our property.

There is so much to do on this beautiful “Magic Isle”! One of the most popular beaches - Kamaole II - is only steps away along with a great selection of restaurants. The beautiful beaches of Wailea and the infamous Big Beach in Makena, are just a short drive away. Maui is also home to more than 15 golf courses, and many are ranked as some of the best in the world!

What makes this property unique

Our condo is a quiet corner unit and features a larger lanai overlooking a peaceful fountain. The Q building has a convenient drop off area in front for ease of arrival and our unit is one floor up by elevator. Upon entering our condo you will experience an automatic “home away from home” ambience.
