We relocated to Tucson in 2016 and make this wonderful place our home. Because we often do a bit of traveling during the year, we are happy to share the comforts of our home with well screened guests while we are away. Although we love and have children and grandchildren our home is really not set up at this time to accommodate young children.

Why they chose this property
We have looked for some time to find the perfect place for us to retire. We believe that we found a gem. The community we live in is a resort community. Everyone is very friendly and living in a resort community gives us the ability to feel like we are on vacation all the time. If you don't want to leave the resort you have everything you need here. The Omni Resort is open to the public for golf, tennis and spa services at an additional cost.
What makes this property unique
There are breathtaking views from our back patio and newly enclosed temperature controlled Arizona Room of the Catalina Mountains. Since this is our primary residence, when not traveling, our home is a equiped with everything you would need to feel comfortable and relax during your stay.
The conversation area in our kitchen makes morning coffee and afternoon wine or cocktails a must.
In 2021 an in ground pool was added to make this home your perfect vacation resort. The pool has a heater and cooler for the cooler and warmer summer months so if you like to swim year round this is an option for an additional electrical charge.
