This house had everything we needed or could think of . Beautiful out doors area with lots of setting and even a fire pit and television. We loved the sitting area off of the kitchen.Thanks for a Great place!

Wonderful home with many special touches.

We really enjoyed our stay here and took advantage of the many of the special touches like the sun-lit Arizona room, beautiful outdoor patio spaces and stunning views and fully equipped kitchen. There were a couple of minor things that came up and Sherry was immediately responsive and nothing impacted our stay. This a lovely home and we had a wonderful stay.

Desert Dream

The owners represented the property 100% accurately. Unfortunately, we left 9 days earlier than our intended stay due to the coved-19 restrictions across the country. The owners worked very satisfactorily with us to provide an appropriate refund for the days we were unable to stay. VRBO's website stated that they would also prorate our service fees due to cover-19 during their specified dates of occupation but to date, we have not received them. We do understand that VRBO is backlogged. VRBO, please contact us to let us know status. We would LOVE to return to this property; it truly met our highest expectations!

Great property, well maintained and in a great location. The Guthries were very responsive to questions and ready to assist. The only issue we had with the property was a lack of a functioning outdoor grill. But this is not uncommon in our experience with Vrbo rentals. We still had a great time.

It was a beautiful place to stay loved your gardens outside .

We had a nice stay ,loved the seating area off the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the grill and use the fire pit and eat a few of the fresh oranges off the tree.

Beautiful home, great view of the mountains.

We had a great stay, we enjoyed the Arizona room with the sound of the koi pond in the morning and the fireplace in the great room in the evening.

We relocated to Tucson in 2016 and make this wonderful place our home. Because we often do a bit of traveling during the year, we are happy to share the comforts of our home with well screened guests while we are away. Although we love and have children and grandchildren our home is really not set up at this time to accommodate young children.
We hope that you understand.

Why they chose this property

We have looked for some time to find the perfect place for us to retire. We believe that we found a gem. The community we live in is a resort community. Everyone is very friendly and living in a resort community gives us the ability to feel like we are on vacation all the time. If you don't want to leave the resort you have everything you need here. The Omni Resort is open to the public for golf, tennis and spa services at an additional cost.

What makes this property unique

There are breathtaking views from our back patio and newly enclosed temperature controlled Arizona Room of the Catalina Mountains. Since this is our primary residence, when not traveling, our home is a equiped with everything you would need to feel comfortable and relax during your stay.
The conversation area in our kitchen makes morning coffee and afternoon wine or cocktails a must.

In 2021 an in ground pool was added to make this home your perfect vacation resort. The pool has a heater and cooler for the cooler and warmer summer months so if you like to swim year round this is an option for an additional electrical charge.
