Villa description

Swimming pool, terrace and outdoor eating area

The fabulous pool area has views of the surrounding area. There are rattan sun loungers and a dining table where you can relax in this fantastic setting. To the side is the spacious eating area which has an array of seating, a bar, TV, plus a gas BBQ. There is also an outdoor kitchen that comes with a fridge and 5 ring cooker where you can rustle up a tasty paella. To the side of the house is a badminton and boules court - great for a bit of family competition!

Entrance

There is a gated driveway for 2 cars and further car port to the side for another 2 cars. The main entrance to the villa is up the external staircase from the driveway, which leads into the open plan living area. There is also access to the first floor at the rear of the villa, via a spiral staircase leading into the additional seating area.

Open plan living area

The villa compromises of 2 living spaces. On the first floor, there is a contemporary , open plan area with a large L-shape sofa, feature fireplace and flat screen TV. Patio doors open out to a large balcony with additional seating, overlooking the pool . There is also a kitchen with all mod-cons and a breakfast bar. On the ground there is a further lounge which has a flat screen TV, sofa and armchair. Just off here is the games room, with direct access to the exterior kitchen .

Additional seating area

On the first floor there is an additional seating area that has a small dining table with chairs and a sofa with 2 armchairs . From this large covered balcony, you can relax and enjoy the splendid views through the 3 attractive, open archways. There is also a spiral staircase leading to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a separate shower room. The first floor has a further double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with a patio door leading out to the additional seating area. There is also a further twin bedroom with bunk beds suitable for children up to 12 years. There is also a separate bathroom and shower room on this floor. All bedrooms and bathrooms have a very good quality finish.

Please note there are no internal stairs between the two floors
