Villa Los Pinochos is a large and comfortable family-villa. The villa has 8 bedrooms (16 beds) and 6 bathrooms, a sea-view balcony with sun-terrace and a cool naya. There is a lot of space for sun-bathing around the pool and Los Pinochos has 2 big and nice summer-kitchens, 4 parking-places, a children's playground and a mature garden with fruit-trees. Our guests can play pingpong and mini-football.

Los Pinochos is situated in a quiet location with a lot of privacy near to the beautiful cosy beach of El Portet in Moraira.

Because the villa is built on a slope there are 2 entrances on different levels. The main entrance opens up into the first floor. The first floor has a (new) kitchen, a living and dining room, a washing-room and 2 bedrooms with (each) 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have bathrooms ensuite. The dining-room has outside doors to a covered terrace (naya) and the living room has an outside door to a big balcony. The kitchen is complete with a new dish-washer, hob, microwave, big fridge, coffee-machine, toaster and all kitchen utensils. In the separate washing-room there is a washing-machine, ironing set etc.

In front of the main entrance are 2 parking-places and a playground for children. Next to the main entrance are the outside stairs to the second floor. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a spacious terrace (perfect for sun-bathing) with a sea-view. One of the bedrooms has a big double bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. The living-room has a small kitchenette, a couch and a tv.

The second entrance of the villa opens up into the groundfloor. The ground-floor has a (new) kitchen, a living and dining room, a washing-room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms have bathrooms ensuite, the other 2 bedrooms share the third bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedrooms have (each) 2 single beds, the fourth (children's) bedroom has 2 single beds. The kitchen is totally new and very complete like the kitchen in the first floor. The washing room has a washing-machine, ironing-set etc.

The groundfloor of Los Pinochos is connected to a large terrace with an outside-shower and many sunbeds around the pool. There is also the summer-kitchen with facilities for outside dining and there is a pingpong-table, mini-football etc. Near the terrace are two parking-places.

The villa has free Wifi, satellite-tv (3 tv’s) and gas central heating. All windows have shutters and mosquitera's and the villa has an extra water-storage with a pump, which is very useful in the middle of summer, when water-pressure in Moraira can be low. The whole area around the villa (including the children's playground and the parking-places) is fenced. All bedrooms have airco.

In the winterseason it is possible to rent Los Pinochos partly.
