This welcoming 4-bedroom condo in Panama City Beach is perfect for your escape for rest and relaxation that offers a peaceful retreat for several guests. With 2 master bedrooms, each with king beds and their own adjoining bathrooms. Room #3 has one queen over queen bunk bed, while room #4 also has a queen over queen bunk bed and a full-size futon as well, and these share a bathroom. There is also a sofa that converts to a queen bed in the living room! Enjoy the excellent amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, a pool and a fitness room. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. This condo is located in a gated community that is close to everything - shopping, eating, and only one mile from the beach!

We live in Alabama but love to spend as much time as we can in beautiful Panama City Beach! Our kids and seven grandkids all live close by and spending time with them on the beach or walking around Pier Park is the best! We love being a host because it allows us to share what we love to do with others.
Why they chose this property
Nautilus Cove is a fantastic gated community that is right in the middle of everything going on in PCB! Less than a mile from the beach, two from Pier Park and all the new exciting developments going on there. There's a large pool and a gym and it's a great complex for families.
What makes this property unique
All of our properties are in great locations and are professionally furnished and decorated with the same types of furniture, artwork and decorations we have in our own home. We dont want our guests to feel like they are in a rental - we want them to feel like they are at home!
